Looking for inspiration tonight, I searched my old posts, and I found the one I did on my New Year’s Resolutions. What better time to measure my progress than when it’s late, I’m exhausted, and I still have things to do before I go to bed. Sounds just like me.
Let’s see. I haven’t got past the six pounds I lost. I took last week off from yoga, and did my routine Sunday night. I’m still sore. Hopefully tomorrow I get finally stretch out the last of the lactic acid and get back on track.
Sleep…no change. I’m still up way too late, and now I’m getting up even earlier. I have started drinking coffee in the morning though. That’s to get me through the commute.
And the TV’s still broken. No replacement. I’ve become accustomed to it now, and I’m not sure I want a TV back in our bedroom. Now if I can just get the two broken ones taking up space in our bedroom to disappear. I’ll add that to next year’s resolutions.
