One of my goals is to get in the habit of going to bed at a decent hour. Is decent even possible? It seems I have a ton of stuff to accomplish between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. How can I cram it all in? What if I forget to do something?
I read every article and newsletter that comes my way about sleeping better. None of them address how to cure the problem the incessant appearance of some little person beside my bed, tapping me awake.
All of them address the need to establish some sort of bedtime routine. I guess me tapping away at my computer probably shouldn’t be included. I drank a cup of hot chocolate earlier. I do feel sleepier earlier than usual. Maybe it’ll work. Don’t worry. I made sure it was caffeine free – well 99% anyway. I’m hoping it works.
Let me know if your bedtime routine works for you and what if any advice you can give me.
