I found the blog Net Manners after trying to answer a co-worker’s question about replying “You’re welcome” after every “Thank you” email. Turns out that in most cases you don’t. Anyway, this week there was a post about considering the tone of your emails. If you are guilty of using too many exclamation points in your emails (not me, I swear) then you might find this useful.
