No, not that kind of late.
I’m in a perpetual cycle of running late, everywhere, everyday. I go to bed late, I wake up late, I get the kids to school late, I get to work late, I work late, I’m late getting home, late eating dinner, late getting the kids to bed, and late going to bed myself, ad nauseam.
I wasn’t always like this. I do remember a time when I was early for everything.
My husband doesn’t believe this because ever since we’ve been together, I’ve been late. And especially since the kids came along, it’s even worse.
I get side-tracked easily. I procrastinate. I try to do too much in too little time. I have no concept of how long something will take me. I think I can take on the world.
Someone get me off this rollercoaster.
All this lateness is complicating things.
It’s time to SIMPLIFY! (Read this in a superhero voice.)
Tune in tomorrow to see if this Supermom can turn it around tomorrow and actually be somewhere on time.
